Our services

Unora Construction provides users a platform to try to find service providers and professionals in various lines of work and commerce to perform specific services (collectively hereinafter, “service providers”). Our services are currently offered in certain regions in Canada and the United States. Thus the Site is directed to those persons located in those regions.

If you wish to submit your project, you must provide certain information about yourself (your name, email, telephone number and location) and your service requirements (e.g., the services you want have done, when you want them done, where you want them done). Your description of the service request must be truthful and accurate and you must ensure that the service request does not infringe upon the copyright, trademark or other rights of any third party.

Upon providing your information and the request for which you would like a service provider, Unora Construction will identify and inform service providers with skill profiles that match the skills or services requested of your service request. We will provide your personal information to interested service providers, if any, who will thereafter contact you directly. However, we do not guarantee that we will be able to match your service needs with a service provider or that there are service providers in your area that are either capable or willing to complete your service needs at the time and place requested.

Information you provide to us

Upon using our services, you will be prompted to disclose certain information about yourself and your service requirements. Some of this information will be sent to service providers who will need this information to respond to you or to other persons or entities in connection with our business. By providing this information to us, or by submitting a service request, you are requesting, and you expressly consent to being contacted by us and/or by our service providers via phone, fax, email, mail or other reasonable means, at any of your contact numbers or addresses, even if you are listed on any applicable “Do Not Call” list, in order that we may provide the services set forth on the Site or for other purposes reasonably related to your service request and our business, including marketing related communications from Unora Construction . You agree that by completing a service request, you are entering into a business relationship with Unora Construction and its business partners and thus agree to be contacted by Unora Construction and/or its business partners.

You promise that all information you provide will be accurate, current and truthful to the best of your knowledge. To knowingly input false information, including but not limited to name, phone number or email address is fraudulent matter and could result in significant costs and damages including invasion of privacy rights, to Unora Construction , its service providers and to consumers, as well as the loss of time, effort and expense responding to and pursuing such false information and request, and further, could result in regulatory fines and penalties. Accordingly, if you knowingly input false information in a service request, you agree to fully indemnify and be liable to Unora Construction and each Unora Construction service provider who accepts such service requests and for each of the actual person(s) affected by any of the improper, incorrect or fraudulent information you enter plus any attorneys fees costs and expense relating thereto, if applicable.

You acknowledge and agree that Unora Construction may monitor and/or record any telephone calls between you and Unora Construction.

Your use of our services

You acknowledge and agree that your use of our services is for your personal use and not for advertising purposes. Transmitting unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation to Unora Construction is prohibited. You may not use the Site or our services to recreate or compete with our, to solicit or harass Unora Construction service providers, or for any other purpose not contemplated herein. You agree not to submit or transmit any service request, emails or materials through the Site that: (i) are fraudulent, (ii) are defamatory, trade libelous, threatening, obscene or harassing, (iii) contain a virus, worm, Trojan horse or any other harmful component that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information, (iv) infringe any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy or (v) otherwise violate any applicable laws.

We reserve the right to revoke your access to the Site and services, with or without cause, at any time.

Copyrights and trademarks

The organization, design and layout of the Site as well as the information or other content (including without limitation text, graphics, software, audio and video files and photos) on the Site (collectively hereinafter, “Content”) are copyrighted, are protected by Canada, US and international copyright laws and treaty provisions and are protected by trade dress, trademark, unfair competition and other laws.

You agree that the Content is the sole and exclusive property of Unora Construction. No warranty or endorsement

Although we take certain steps to examine the credentials of service providers, we make no guarantees or representations regarding the skills of any service provider or the quality of the job that service providers may perform for you if you elect to retain their services. We strongly encourage you to ensure that these service providers are appropriately licensed and insured for the work you are requesting to be performed, and to do any further investigation into their references and background as you deem necessary.

Unora Construction does not endorse or recommend the services of any particular service provider. It is entirely up to you to enter into a direct contract or otherwise reach an agreement with a service provider, and we do not guarantee or warrant their performance on the job or the outcome or quality of the services performed. The service providers are not employees or agents of Unora Construction, nor is unoraconstruction an agent of the service providers. Unora Construction does not perform, and is not responsible for, any of the services requested by you in your service request. Your rights under contracts you enter into with service providers are solely governed by the terms of such contracts and by applicable federal, provincial and local laws.

Dispute of service provider

Should you have a dispute with any service provider, you must address such dispute with the service provider directly. Unora Construction will not work to resolve any disputes between you and a service provider and is not responsible for disputes, claims, losses, injuries or damage of any kind that might arise out of or relate to conduct of service providers. In exchange for the privilege of accessing the Site, you hereby agree to release Unora Construction, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and other partners from any claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with any dispute you have with one or more service providers.

UNORA CONSTRUCTION CANNOT ENSURE THAT ANY FILES YOU DOWNLOAD FROM THE SITE WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR CONTAMINATION OR DESTRUCTIVE FEATURES. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Unora Construction, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and other partners harmless from and against any and all claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of these Terms of Use, your use of the Unora Construction services, your dealings any service providers or in connection with the Site or arising from your violation of any rights of a third party.

General provisions

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and performed entirely in the Province of Quebec and between Quebec residents. You agree to submit to exclusive jurisdiction in the Province of Quebec and that any claim arising out of or related to these Terms of Use will be brought solely in a court in the district of Montreal, Province of Quebec.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, for any reason, by any court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified in order to make it enforceable, while maintaining the spirit of the provision. Alternatively, if modification is not possible, such provision shall be stricken and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms. The Terms of Use will inure to the benefit of Unora Construction’s successors, assigns and licensees. The failure of Unora Construction to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Unora Construction and supersede all oral and written negotiations or representations with respect to the subject matter hereof.
